Which is the fastest way from the airport to the hotel by public transport?
With the City Airport Train (CAT) it only takes 16 minutes from the airport to the city centre. From there another 5 minutes with the subway line U4 to the station “Karlsplatz” opposite the state opera (take exit opera).
Is it possible to book an airport transfer and at what cost?
The driver will be waiting for you at the infopoint in the arrivals hall at the airport with a name tag and takes you to our hotel for a fixed price of EUR 59,- (E-Class) or EUR 84,- (Minivan).
On-site parking available?
No, but we use the nearby public garage "Neuer Markt" which is only a stone throw away from the hotel. Special deal for our guests: EUR 37,- / 24h! Valet parking available.
Is there a charging station for e-cars nearby?
Yes, there are charging possibilities in the garage "Neuer Markt" around the corner.
When is check-in and when is check-out time?
Check-in: from 3pm, check-out: until 12pm.
Late check-out?
On availabilitiy and a surcharge you can check out later! Please ask our front office team during your stay.
Luggage storage on-site?
Yes you can drop your luggage before check-in and after check-out!
Is there a spa and/or gym onsite?
The hotel does not offer spa/wellness and there is no gym directly onsite! Daily tickets for John Harris gym nearby, which also offers a pool and sauna, can be bought for a special price of EUR 25,- at the reception desk.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are more than welcome at our hotel without additional charges.
Is smoking allowed?
No! The consumption of e-Cigarettes as well as any other kind of tobacco is absolutely prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
Is breakfast included?
No, all prices are offered without breakfast! Various options can be ordered á la carte in our inhouse Brasserie & Bakery. Apart from that you can choose from a variety of packages when booking online.
What is the bed size you offer? Are twin-beds available?
All double rooms and suites are equipped with king-size beds. Twin beds are not available.
Is it possible to open the windows in the rooms?
Yes, possible in all categories!
