What is the fastest way from the airport to the hotel by public transport?
The City Airport Train (CAT) takes just 16 minutes from the airport to the city center. From there, it’s a quick 5-minute ride on subway line U4 to "Karlsplatz" station, right opposite the State Opera (exit at Opera).
Is it possible to book an airport transfer and what is the cost?
Yes, you can book an airport transfer. The driver will be waiting for you at the info point in the arrivals hall, holding a name tag, and will take you directly to our hotel. The fixed price is EUR 69 (BMW i5 Business Class ) or EUR 94 for a minivan (Mercedes Vito).
Is on-site parking available?
Unfortunately, we do not have on-site parking. However, we offer a special deal at the nearby public garage "Neuer Markt," just a stone’s throw from the hotel. The rate is EUR 37 per 24 hours. Additionally, valet parking is available.
Is there a charging station for e-cars nearby?
Yes, there are charging stations available in the "Neuer Markt" garage, just around the corner from the hotel.
When is check-in and when is check-out time?
Check-in: from 3pm, check-out: until 12pm.
Late check-out?
On availabilitiy and a surcharge you can check out later! Please ask our front office team during your stay.
Luggage storage on-site?
Yes you can drop your luggage before check-in and after check-out!
Is there a spa and/or gym onsite?
The hotel does not have a spa or wellness area, and there is no gym directly onsite. However, daily passes for the nearby John Harris gym, which also offers a pool and sauna, are available at the reception for a special price of EUR 25.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are more than welcome at our hotel without additional charges.
Is smoking allowed?
No! The consumption of e-cigarettes as well as any other sort of tobacco is absolutely prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
Is breakfast included?
No, all prices are listed without breakfast. However, you can order a variety of à la carte options at our in-house Brasserie & Bakery. Additionally, several breakfast packages are available when booking online.
What is the bed size offered? Are twin-beds available?
All double rooms and suites feature king-size beds. Twin beds are not available.
Is it possible to open the windows in the rooms?
Yes, the windows can be opened in all room categories.
