What is the quickest way to reach the hotel from the airport by public transport?
Take the City Airport Train (CAT) to Wien Mitte in 16 minutes. From there, take the U4 underground to Karlsplatz (Opera exit). The hotel is a short walk away.

Can I book an airport transfer?
Yes. Our driver will meet you at the information point in the arrivals hall with a name sign and bring you directly to the hotel. The fixed price is EUR 69 in a BMW i5 Business Class or EUR 94 in a Mercedes Vito.

Do you have parking?
We recommend the public Neuer Markt underground car park, just two minutes from the hotel. Our guests receive a special rate of EUR 37 per 24 hours. We are also happy to arrange valet parking for you.

Is there a charging point for electric cars nearby?
Yes, several charging points are available in the Neuer Markt underground car park, two minutes from the hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm; check-out is by 12 noon.

Is late check-out possible?
Yes, subject to availability and for an additional charge. Please speak to our front office team.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Of course. We will store your luggage securely for you.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are very welcome and stay free of charge. More information.

Do you have a spa or fitness room?
We do not have our own spa or gym. However, guests can buy a discounted day pass for the nearby John Harris fitness centre with pool and sauna from reception for EUR 25. Our team will also be happy to recommend beauty and spa addresses nearby and arrange appointments for you.

Is smoking permitted?
No. The Guesthouse Vienna is a non-smoking hotel. This also applies to e-cigarettes.

Is breakfast included?
No, our rates do not include breakfast. Breakfast is served à la carte in our Brasserie.

How large are the beds? Are twin beds available?
All double rooms and suites have king-size beds. Twin beds are not available.

Can the windows be opened?
Yes, windows can be opened in all room categories.

Do you have meeting rooms?
We do not have dedicated meeting rooms, but we will gladly help you find a suitable venue nearby. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and 24-hour reception make the house well suited to business travellers.

Is The Guesthouse Vienna child-friendly?
Yes. Children up to 12 stay free in their parents’ room. Cots are available on request, and extra beds are possible in the Deluxe Plus and Maisonette Suite categories. Younger guests receive a bathrobe, slippers, toiletries and a small surprise in the room. Our “Family in the City” package is ideal for a family break in Vienna.
